Lakeside Flowers by Marius Alexandru

Over the lake, in this beautiful Spring,
The sun's gentle rays doth glistening gleam,
Upon pale water, reflections they bring,
Life to the nature that doth therein teem.

By the calm lakeside, where the waters rest,
The flowers bloom in colors bright and fair,
Their petals, soft like feathers on a nest,
Their scent, a fragrance carried in Spring's air.

God's brushstrokes paint the sky in gold and blue,
Joy and hope bloom now in every creature,
The beauty of the lake, such splendid view,
A divine breath to the soul of nature.

Angels kiss the lake's surface, soft and warm,
As if they know its nature's sacred form.
