A Memory Made of Atoms by Lindsay McLeod

There is a flicker of history

but no audible explanation

why I will be done with love

when the sun comes up

and focus on the stain on

the one vane and feel the

slow squeak as the

windmill turns, see

I don't know about you

but I've learned that

if you plan to leave, the

best time to go is now.
