Loud Whispers by Ramzi Albert Rihani

In the realm of their senses,

They create a ripple of excitement

Spreading through the listening crowd

To deliver a message of mind and heart

They stir the blood and grapple the mob

They take the wind out of the storm

With raunchy voices, sometimes they whisper

To deliver a message of passion to a drifter

A moment of silence waiting to end the rumble

Between the edge of a tear and the depth of a line

Check out these chains of freedom unfolding

To deliver a message to hordes revolting

As the sun comes down, revealing the end of the senses

They pause the breath of the night

Preparing for the final curtain call

To deliver a message from the Poets of the Fall.
